What You’ll Do:

Oversee all daily operations of a well-established, high-volume restaurant

• Lead, train, and inspire a front- and back-of-house team
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and team performance
• Control food and labor costs, manage inventory, and implement systems for efficiency
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a GM or AGM in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen and hands-on management style
• Willingness to relocate to Laramie, WY – relocation assistance is available
