Assistant Manager
McAlister’s Deli – Laramie, WY.
Full-Time | $45,000-50,000 annual salary | Benefits Assistance Offered

McAlister’s Deli is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. If you love great food, developing people, and creating a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage inventory and place orders to ensure proper stock levels
• Handle employee scheduling, performance, and development
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of management experience (restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
